Amount: 250 grams of beef
Time: 3-5 hours
Ingredients:
Marinade:
- Whiskey 2 tbsp
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Ketjap manis 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce (dark) 2 tbsp
- Garlic clove 1 piece

Preparation:
Making the marinade:
- Combine all wet ingredients together, peel and mince the garlic and add to the marinade as well.
- Put the beef in the marinade and turn every 30-60 min, let it marinade for at least 3 hours and up to a maximum of 5 hours.
Making the sauce:
- Remove the beef from the sauce.
- Add all the remaining marinade to a sauce pan and reduce until almost thickend.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down to thicken.
- Strain the garlic from the sauce if you put it in a bottle, to avoid clogging the tip!
- You can enjoy the sauce with the meat!
