Garlic sauce

Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • Mayonaise 8 tbsp
  • Greek yogurt 6 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tsp
  • Garlic 1 clove (large)
  • Parsely 4 grams
  • Chives 2 grams (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

The sauce:

  1. Finely chop the parsely until very fine.
  2. Combine the mayonaise, yogurt, lemon juice and parsely together. And optional add finely chopped chives.
  3. Clean and grate the garlic into the sauce.
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  5. Leave in the fridge for 24h for a more intense garlic taste.
  6. Enjoy!
